Monstera

Native to tropical South American rainforests, these plants are popular for their vigorous growth and beautifully sculpted leaves. Ideal for growing on moss poles. The most impressive part of these plants must be the fenestrations in the leaves which appear as the plant ages. This is another plant on the 'air purifying' list.​

Growing Conditions:

Light: Bright to moderate.

Temperature and humidity: Moderate to warm. Moderate to high humidity.

Feeding: Fortnightly. Twice during winter.

Watering: Let compost surface dry before watering.

Propagation: Stem cuttings, air layering.
