All our parcels are sent with Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

We offer two delivery options which you can choose at the checkout:

Same Day Dispatch Royal Mail Tracked24 delivery - orders received before 1pm will be sent the same day (1-2 business days for delivery)

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked48 delivery (3-5 business days for delivery)
Oversized parcels are sent via courier at no extra cost.

We do not send parcels on Saturdays or Sundays.

Free Standard Delivery Orders over £50 - this is the subtotal amount - it excludes delivery cost and is the minimum amount after applying any offers/discounts

Free Same Day Dispatch Tracked24 Delivery Orders over £100 - this is the subtotal amount - it excludes delivery cost and is the minimum amount after applying any offers/discounts
RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns on planters and accessories provided that they are returned to us undamaged and we are contacted within 14 days of their receipt.

The buyer is liable for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty, and has responsibility for the items until the return is received.
​
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on plants due to their fragile and perishable nature.
If you have a problem with your order please email us as soon as you receive it and we will rectify it as fast as we can!
